Refunds/Exchanges will only occur if the item is damaged or faulty. We take great pride in making sure our products are of good quality and are sent to you in perfect condition.
We have a 30 day return policy, return postage of a damaged/faulty item is at the cost of the buyer. For hygiene reasons please do not return items you have used or worn.
No refunds will be given on change of mind or if the product is not what you expected.
Australia Post is my preferred method of postage. If you are in the Local Wynnum/Manly/Lota/Gumdale/Wakerley area I am happy to deliver.
Any items damaged due to postage must be followed up with Australia Post. All items are checked at our end that they are in great condition & are not damaged before shipped out.
