How far in advance do I need to book my order?
It's best to order well in advance (3-4 weeks is ideal). However, I'm human too and understand that unplanned events can pop up. Always send through an enquiry and I can let you know if I am booked out or not. I take orders 6 months in advance.
How do I place an order with Whisk it All?
To place an order for a custom cupcakes, cake or other goodies please submit an enquiry or message via Facebook or email. I will get back to you as soon as I can however this can take up to 2-3 days. I always try my best to be as responsive as possible!
How do I store my cake after pick up/delivery?
This depends of the time of year. However, in Brisbane I would recommend to pop it in the fridge as soon as you return home from picking up your cake. The fridge helps to retain the cake's moisture as well as stop the buttercream from sweating. Fondant cakes leave in a cool dry place, fondant doesn't like humidity or being cold.
Our cupcakes (& cakes) can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. For gluten free/vegan cupcakes, I suggest storing in the freezer after your event due to the gluten free flours used. All my products can be frozen. I always bake fresh to order so if you wish to do so it can last weeks. Once a cake has been collected from me and out of my hands, it is no longer my responsibility for any damages that may occur whilst in transit/ at a venue or due to incorrect storage.

CANCELLATION/ COVID POLICY
All orders require a 20% deposit at time of ordering to secure your date. This 20% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel/ change your mind.

For any COVID related cancellations your FULL deposit/ FULL payment will be credited to go towards an order for a later date. All personalised acrylic/wooden cake toppers and custom fondant toppers are 100% non- refundable if they have already been purchased/made. Thank you for your understanding.
